Project Description

is a banking application for smartphones with different operating systems, designed to perform financial transactions.

analyze the interfaces of similar banks, develop a user flow, create alta bank warframes, prepare design layouts and unique images.

Altabank's website and mobile app suffers from several issues that make it difficult to use:

There is also no access to the mobile app. These issues negatively affect the user experience and can lead to loss of customers.

Analyses:

By researching the best banking apps: Sberbank, Tinkof, Alfabank, VTB, I identified best practices and general trends in interface design. All of them strive for simplicity, security and functionality, applying modern design trends and personalisation algorithms. They take user needs into account, offering an intuitive interface and multifunctionality, which ultimately increases customer satisfaction.

The mobile application was created in a light theme and the brand colors were reflected in the elements.

Thanks to the infographic, you can see the trend of finances. You can also analyse individual periods of finance.

As with many banking applications, you can track the history of financial transactions, as well as receive private messages from users and ask for the bank's help in a chat.

The stories section allows to study or find certain cash receipts. The user can personally adjust the history search.

The implementation of UX/UI design solutions in the banking application will significantly improve the user experience, which will attract more customers and increase their satisfaction. The intuitive interface, fast navigation and design will create a pleasant interaction, contributing to loyalty and recommendations. As a result, the bank will improve its market position and increase its customer base.
